What does the quiz measure?
It distinguishes four immediate action needs: recovering capacity, creating options, comparing viable choices, or beginning a change that is already understood. These are editorial reflection categories, not personality types or psychological constructs.
How does scoring work?
Each answer adds one point to Restore, Explore, Decide, or Begin. After five answers, the pattern with the highest score becomes the result. If two patterns tie, the fixed result order is used. The final question is designed to make many close cases more specific, but the quiz does not claim psychometric validation.

What information is sent or stored?
The quiz does not request a name, email address, birth data, or account. The result is calculated in the browser. Analytics records aggregate interaction events such as start, question number, completion, and result category; it does not send the wording of a user's answers as free text.
What are the limits?
- It is not a diagnostic, clinical, aptitude, or career assessment.
- It does not predict outcomes or select a profession.
- A five-question result cannot represent all constraints, health needs, relationships, or responsibilities.
- Persistent distress, impaired daily functioning, or safety concerns require qualified support rather than a quiz.
How can the result be checked?
The live tool displays all five questions, and the scoring description above matches the published code path. Retaking the quiz with the same answers produces the same category. Version-changing corrections are recorded in the corrections log.
